Annual General Meeting - Election of Officers

At the Annual General Meeting, members of the Council of Chiefs select from within and make appointments to positions of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary-Treasurer. In addition, members are appointed to the Finance & Administration Committee of the Chiefs and, representation to Boards of Directors to organizations/programs that are external or internal to DOTC.

The Chiefs Finance & Administration Committee meets on monthly basis to review and attain updates pertaining to DOTC and its programs.  A major function is its participation in the hiring of  Senior Staff,  Program Managers  and Advisors.  

DOTC  financials are reviewed by the Council of Chiefs on a quarterly basis.
